Direct Buyer is responsible for an own supplier portfolio for all JTEKT plants in Europe and ensures that it performs in line with company requirements, at European and even global level. The mission of this position is to guarantee the best purchasing conditions & KPI results (Q, C, D) by interfacing with suppliers and negotiating the best price conditions, while improving the Purchasing department's operating efficiency. The incumbent of this position reports to the group manager.

Work in collaboration with project teams to set profitability targets of the project and ensure follow up. Cost reduction activity for mass production. In Request for Quotation phase, take part of definition of commercial offers. Estimating the cost of a new system following customer specifications. Build Business Plan with payback for the investments of the project – compare different scenario. Negotiate the action plan and find an agreement with persons at stake. Guide, convince, raise awareness of the project team about the profitability. Participate to benchmarks to contribute to continuous improvement of the company. Give economical support to all department. Preparation of reports for different levels of management.

Provide independent assurance that the organisation's governance, risk and internal control processes are operating effectively and ensure compliance with internal regulation. Manage QCD of assigned audit scope in project basis by running PDCA. Perform audit on internal control over financial reporting process by a top-down and risk-based approach. Identify internal control weaknesses through organization’s transversal process at site level and from regional group level. Analyse the root cause by hearing and discuss remediation actions with process-owners to formulate recommendations and report to Top managements to set up action plan. Follow-up the action plan with process-owners and verify its control effectiveness to be remediated by the end of fiscal year.

Z oblasti kvality nabízíme témata trainee programu: zavádění elektronického zápisu dokumentace a testování celého systému s napojením na výrobní proces, spolupráci při interních auditech výrobní procesů a vypracování katalogu "Best practice", Ryohin Joken = určení nejlepšího nastavení procesu pro výrobu OK dílu, spolupráce na kontrole stability procesů a monitorování SPC regulačních karet a řešení zmetkovitosti.
