Validation pilot
Manage and define the procedure for each evaluation. Set test schedules and define test samples based on design requirements. Communicate and negotiate test plans with customers. Instruct operators on how to carry out each evaluation. Prepare test reports and present results to customers. Validate and adjust test results by comparing them with global benchmarks to ensure correlation. Ensure regular maintenance and proper functioning of test equipment.
Engineering administration
Responsible for drawing exchange between JTEKT JAPAN, TOYOTA, and the plant. Negotiate with TOYOTA regarding drawing exchange. Maintain drawings according to the latest situation. Manage the budget of the Technical Center. Maintain technical standards (global JSS standard, purchasing specification, TOYOTA specification).
