SENIOR DIRECT BUYER
Direct Buyer is responsible for an own supplier portfolio for all JTEKT plants in Europe and ensures that it performs in line with company requirements, at European and even global level. The mission of this position is to guarantee the best purchasing conditions & KPI results (Q, C, D) by interfacing with suppliers and negotiating the best price conditions, while improving the Purchasing department's operating efficiency. The incumbent of this position reports to the group manager.

REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equal
KNOWLEDGE
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent skills of English language
Profund knowledge of Automotive industry
Good technical Know-how, especially in injection commodity, aluminium die casting preferably
Good economic, financial, contractual and legal understanding
QHSE knowledge and know-how
Comply with IATF requirements and customerspecific requirements
Profund skills in Benchmark and cost breakdown
SKILLS
Strong leadership with self-confidence
Ability to work autonomous and with a good selforganisation
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead, convince and build profund relationships
Strategic way of thinking
Ability to analyze, synthesize & report
Flexibility to travel
